If you purchase one of AKK’s products, and we determine that it is defective in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it—no hassle!
AKK offers 2 month warranty from the day you purchase. Defective product will have a repalcement or repair. But Artificial factor like Improper operation that breaks the products especially the VTXs will have no warranty, pls operate according to the user manual. Please note that the RC quadcopters are so easy to damage so are not in the scope of this warranty.
AKK’s warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or use contrary to AKK’s user manuals.
Returns for repair, replacement, or refund
3 Day DOA Product Guarantee
If you received the wrong or damaged item, or item do not work, you can claim for refund or replacement,but you need to contact us within 3 days after receiving the product, and give us :
1)A photo/video explaining the issue. 2)A photo of the shipping label and original packaging.
We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information. If approved, we will refund or resend the item, If the item is high value product, (High value is determined by akk’s Customer Service Department, usually around $70). you will be required to return the item, and we will pay the shipping fee. Items must be returned to the warehouse they came from. And you need to return the items fully complete, including all packaging, cables, chargers, otherwise will deduct the refund for the value of missing parts. Any returns for repair, replacement, or refund, must get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first, you may contact our service team to get the RMA. AKK will not accept any returned package without permission.
Items Missing on Arrival
1. Please immediately contact the shipping courier and file a case there.
2. Tell us the case number, send us pictures showing all products you get on arrival, all the labels on the packing, and package situations.
3. We will resend the missing products after confirm the situation.
If you have the taxation fee receipt, please take a picture for us as the weight can tell something about the missing.
Items Wrong on Arrival
In this situation e.g. different color, different model etc.
1. Please contact us with photos of package and items.
2. If you are willing to keep the wrong items, we will offer at least 5% of the item value for compensation. If not please return for the right products of our shipping cost.
7-Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee
If any purchase fails to meet your complete satisfaction, for any reason, costumers may return it or exchange it within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. Product must show no signs of damage or abuse.
