Handling Time & where ship from:

All orders will be shipped from China where our factory located, within 1-2 business days once we receive your full payment. Customers in U.S.A can buy products from AKK's US Amazon store, customers from Europe can buy from AKK's  Europe Amazon store which will be opened soon. Customers from the other countries please buy from here. 

Free Shipping Time:

Free shipping will be arrived at 3 weeks roughly. In Europe and U.S.A will be faster.

Faster Shipping Time:

If you choose DHL express you need to add some extra expense for 25 USD for your delivery. DHL will arrive around 5 days. Click here.

NOTE: 

Your order will be shipped to your Default Shipping Address not your  Default PayPal Address, you can edit address after you login akktek.com. Ensure you have selected or entered the correct delivery address. 

 

Order Tracking:

Please log in akktek.com with your email or username, click : Account---My Orders---View Order---Shipments ---Tracking Number,or please email to support@akktek.com,we will check for you. 

If you ordered as a guest and paid with PayPal, please enter your PayPal Email address. Othter situations please log in with your akktek email. You will receive emails about your order status after completing your order. Please check your email for full details. If you do not receive the email please check the spam mail. Still have problems please contact support@akktek.com or leave us a message,we will get back to you ASAP.

 

Tax Issue

We do not add any tax to you, but customs clearance fee in your country is on the buyer's responsibility. Import custom duties and taxes vary depending on your destination and package value, you can contact your local customs for details or email us.

Customs tariffs will be charged no matter how much value and weight of  the package in some countries such as Brazil. Therefore customers from Brazil or Genmany etc. please consult local customs before placing orders, or leave us a message.

All the relevant cost is included in goods payment, no additional cost is needed; If you choose DHL express you need to add some extra expense for your delivery.

2) How to cancel an order?

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, we can update your order status; If it is too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy.

3) How can I add an item to an existing order?

If your order is on processing and you'd like to modify it, simply place a new order, you'll not be charged twice.

4) Can I get an Invoice?

If your order is finished, you can download the official Invoice from your order page.
